Baptisms, Sunday, November 24, During the Service

We believe that all believers are commanded by our Lord Jesus to be baptized. Baptism is an outward statement that we, in faith, are crucified and buried with Christ (symbolized as we go under the water) and are raised to new life in Him (symbolized as we rise from the water).  We encourage individuals to seek to be baptized as soon as possible after trusting Jesus as their Lord and Savior, as a public statement of their decision.  The Biblical command is that as soon as we believe, we should be baptized.  (Acts 2:38) You can sign up either at the connection station or by calling the church office at 616.394.5500.  Baptism class will take place on the Saturday morning before the baptism Sunday.

Small Groups this Fall are all uniting in one topic: Brilliant Relationships!

What if you could breathe new life into your relationships?

What if you could feel connected to the people you care about most?

What if you could be part of a loving, healthy community?

What if you aren’t powerless to improve your relationships?

We realize most of us have had little to no training on how to have healthy relationships.  We are all trying to figure it out as we go — with mixed results.  This fall we are going to change that!

What better place to work this all out than with the support, encouragement and help of community?  This season all of our small groups at Lakeshore Vineyard are going to be focusing on relationships.  We will all be learning and growing together.

This is an all-play!

Check out a small group catalog or look on to join a LVC small group this fall as we go through Danny Silk’s material: Keep Your Love On!

Ingathering Sunday, Sunday, November 10, During the Service

During the holiday season, we have a higher demand for food items from our pantry and so we need your help to make sure we have enough to meet the needs this year. Lists of suggested items are available on the information grid-wall in the lobby. Please bring canned goods and nonperishable items to church on Sunday, November 11, 2018.  During the service, all the donations will be gathered up on the steps to the stage. If you or someone you know needs food, the pantry is available during church office hours (Mon - Thurs 9AM - 4PM.) To pick up food just call 394.5500 to schedule a time.

Healing Night, Tuesday, November 19, 6:30-8:00PM

Invite your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to this night when we offer prayer for physical, emotional, relational and spiritual healing.  See our Healing Nights page on our website, for more information.

Get Involved

Lakeshore Vineyard is an "all-play" church meaning we desire a community where everyone benefits because everyone contributes. We believe that's how both churches and individuals thrive and grow. With that in mind, we'd like to ask you to look over the following service opportunities and see if there's one you'd like to try out. If so, let us know at and we can set up a time for you to "job shadow" an experienced person in that role to see if you would be a good fit.
